Typical, just when I'm getting busy, I have to go to work. I suppose I shouldn't moan, as it pays the bills, but I have fruit to pick, jam and wine to make and a whole host of other jobs that need doing.
Anyhow, last watch I took a vessel out of Tilbury Lock,
and did this one through the Thames Barrier at 2 in the morning.
so not too busy a day. I've been baking the last three days, and now I have to go back to work again on Sunday. But after that, I have three weeks off, so I just hope I can catch up on all the important jobs. I'm experimenting with a new flavour for rolls, Black Pudding, Pancetta and Sundried Tomato. Might be an aquired taste, but I will eat them if no-one else will.
